Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition (no stains, odors, or signs of wear).
The return must include all original packaging and tags.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please Note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
HVNLY FVRD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification to confirm approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order through our online store.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert your customer service email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
